Reception at the Cusco airport, assistance and transfer to the hotel. For this shared tour, if your flight arrives before 12:00 m. The hotel is picked up at 12.30, visiting the Koricancha temple, the cathedral and ruins of Sacasayhuaman.
Continue to the nearby Inca remnants, visit the Sacsayhuaman fortress with solid stone zigzag megalithic walls, the mysterious carved rock of the Qenqo sanctuary and the Inca baths of Tambomachay or water temple.Lunch and dinner on your own.This is a shared service that requires your arrival before 12: 30 am to start the tour at noon, if your flight arrives after 1.00 pm and would like not to miss the main attractions it is advisable to request a private tour of half day where you can use the entrance tickets to Q´enqo, Pucapucara, Tambomachay and Saqsayhuaman.We recommend a couple of hours of rest to acclimatize to the altitude of 11,024 feet (3,360 meters).
In the morning at 8.00 am we will pick you up at your hotel to begin this beautiful tour that includes the visit to the ruins and market of Pisac, after these visits we will stop in a restaurant for buffet lunch, so that later in the afternoon we will visit the fortress of Ollantaytambo, after the tour in this wonderful Inca site, we go to the train station and leave for Machupicchu where we will spend the night so that the next day we visit the citadel of Machupicchu.
(if you do not spend the night in the sacred valley or do not decide to go to Machu Picchu this day). We will return to Cusco by Chinchero where we will experience its hardworking in production of textiles and the wonderful andean panoramic views.
From the town of Aguas Calientes the buses are taken to make the ascent to the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu that lasts approximately 25 minutes. Accompanied by a professional guide we start the tour for approximately 2 hours. After the tour, you descend to the town of Aguas Calientes to have lunch in one of the varied restaurants and make shopping if you want.
In the afternoon we will take the train back to Ollantaytambo and then to Cusco, the return lasts 4 hours from the train station to the hotel, upon arriving at the Ollantaytambo or Poroy train station, we will be waiting for you to take you to your hotel .
According to the time for your return trip to lima or somewhere else, you could take the opportunity to walk a little through the city center, visit some museums, buy handicrafts, etc.
