This adventure will start early, we will pick you up at your hotel at 4:00 am. After a tour of the road of more than an hour passing through countless villages and part of the Sacred Valley, we arrive at the train station of Ollantaytambo, to begin a journey of approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes to Chachabamba (Kilometer 104), ( you will arrive at approximately 7.50 am), observing the landscape of the Urubamba River along the route with a climate that varies from the Andes to the jungle. From the control point in Chachabamba, start your walking experience. You will visit the archaeological sites of Chachabamba, Wiñay Huayna and Intipata you will enjoy the great variety of flora and fauna. You will enter Machu Picchu through the Puerta del Sol or Intipunku; From this place you will have the opportunity to take the most spectacular photos of the legendary Lost City of the Incas, Machupicchu, which you will arrive in the afternoon, having the unique opportunity to see the city with fewer visitors and with more tranquility. After a short bus ride down to Aguas Calientes you will arrive at your hotel, you can enjoy a relaxing end of the day with dinner and a comfortable rest, overnight.
Again today we start early, get ready to visit Machu Picchu, the most important moment of the tour, we recommend you wake up at 4.30, so you will have enough time to have breakfast and wait for your guide ready. You will board the bus at 5:30 am, just before sunrise (if the weather permits). You will take a walk along the well-known section this time in the opposite way up to the Puerta del Sol (Intipunku) with stunning views of Machupicchu along the way. Your guide will take you on a complete tour of 2 to 3 hours through the city. You also have the option of climbing Huayna Picchu or the mountain of Machu Picchu (book your tickets in advance). Your guide will explain how to take the bus in Machu Picchu to return to Aguas Calientes, then take the train and the bus back to Cusco.
